Girls Conference!!

K so 29 days till the conference!!!! I HAVE A WORSHIP TEAM!!! My friend Erica will be leading and joining her will be my friend Hannah on cello! I still need a few more people to help but i am not too worried! I meet with Alisha today in about an hour to talk to her! Its all coming together and i am happy it is! Jake is a guy who will be leading a break out session for us so prayer for him right now would be great cause he is in Israel on a trip right now and gets back the week of the conference! Advertisement goes out this week!!! oh prayer for the drama we are writing would be great cause it will be a big thing!!!

Ohh my goodness the things you learn. So recently i lost my sponsorship i had for the event and i realized that i like knowing the outcome of things. With having only a week till the conference i called up Nicky and she said she had no idea how we would come up with the $400 in time and that she would talk to Dave and see what wacky ideas he had. Well i came to cell group and i just didn't feel the greatest about the outcome. God was telling me throughout the day that YES i couldn't cancel the conference and that i am to move forward with it. i left group with $65 in my hand for the conference and dave had a solution. When i saw dave at church this morning talking to Alisha he came over and told me he had the money covered and that i shouldn't worry about it. Then he said i looked a lot better then last night and that was totally true. The funny thing was when Dave looked at Alisha he said maybe my speaker shouldn't charge soo much to have her come speak at the conference. Alisha's reaction was great! She looked at dave and just said that she was doing it out of love and the kindness of her heart and we all just laughed!!! I love them!!! its great!!! God provides and adds humor when needed most! Conference is in full swing worship practice on friday and i think skit rehearsal on tuesday! Keep this in your prayers sisters! Love you all and ill let you know how the conference goes!!!

So i just noticed i didn't tell you all how it went! We did it On April 10! We had a total of 5 girls so we switched up a bit did an acoustic worship at the start had a drama i gave my story alisha gave hers we had lunch. After that we did journaling and a panel time and then ended in worship! It was great quite the day for all of us!

I totally had wanted to do it again before leaving for New Zealand with YWAM but that just didnt happen since i only had 3 months to fundraise enough money to go. I want to totally do it when i get back!
